Takes place in our fully equipped and built to purpose Kent based workshop. Each joiner brings with him a unique talent, making an extremely versatile workforce. This gives us the capability of taking on all aspects of joinery, from a simple door through to complex veneered work. Often many other materials need to be incorporated into the joinery such as leather, steel, acrylic, specialist glass and mirrors, Corian and stone to name but a few.

Takes place in our three purpose built spray booths. The sprayers are able to use a wide variety of finishes which include paint, clear lacquer, suede effect and polyester gloss work. They are meticulous in the preparation of their work which results in a flawless finish.

Takes place in our metal workshop by our qualified fabricator and welder. He is able to use a variety of methods such as Tig, Mig and MMA, using a variety of materials such as mild steel, mirror polished stainless steel, aluminium and copper.

Prior to delivery, each item is inspected, labelled and carefully wrapped in protective packaging, accompanied by full working drawings for site fitting, before being loaded onto the lorry. The drivers are all experienced in loading, transporting and unloading joinery in the UK and Europe.

We can if required, provide a full fitting and installation service, using a team that has been working along side Blades since the beginning.
